蠕墨铸铁生产新工艺试验

摘    要:以球铁衰退过程中蠕墨存在时间较长为依据,提出通过变质将球铁铁水瞬时变为蠕铁的蠕墨铸铁生产工艺,并通过试验制成LS型瞬时蠕化剂,为稳定灵活生产蠕墨铸铁找到一种新工艺。

Abstract:In accordance with the Compacted graphite keeping for a long time in process of nodularization into decaying,through adding a new denaturlsing agent the liquid ductile iron can be changed into CGI immediately.The instantaneous compacted graphite agent of LS type was developed through experimentation.Production result shows that a process was found to produce the CGI stably and neatly.
