| 摘 要： | 目前我国抽水蓄能电站经营方式有租赁、定费结算、协议结算、电网统一经营等方式,随着电力体制改革的深入和抽水蓄能电站投资主体的变化,也出现了其他经营方式,通过对深圳抽水蓄能电站各种经营方式的探讨,提出了适合该电站的经营方式,可供参考。

| Abstract: | At present there are several operation patterns for pumped-storage power plants in China,such as lease,fixed-rate settlement,agreement settlement,centralization of operation by power grid corporation.With the reform of electric power system and the changes of pumped-storage power plant investors,many other operation patterns also appear.This paper suggests the most suitable way for Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Plant by discussing various operation patterns available.It can be used for reference. |
