水泵全特性曲线误差分析及其对停泵水锤计算的影响研究

摘    要:分析了比转数Ns=127的水泵全特性曲线误差,经过读图和计算得到水泵全特性曲线的最大值、最小值和理论值,利用这些数据计算得出水泵全特性曲线的绝对误差和相对误差,并结合工程实例,研究了水泵全特性曲线误差对停泵水锤的影响。结果表明,为避免水泵全特性曲线误差对停泵水锤计算结果的影响,应尽量采用水泵全特性曲线的理论值进行水锤分析计算。

Abstract:The errors of full-featured pump curve were analyzed under the specific speed Ns = 127. Large amounts of data, including the maximum, minimum and the theoretical value of the full- featured pump curve were obtained by picturing and calculating. The absolute errors and relative errors of the full-featured pump curve were calculated using these data. The influence of the full-featured pump curve errors on pump-off water hammer was investigated combined with the engineering examples. The results showed that the theoretical value of full-featured pump curve was adopted for the analysis and calculation of the water hammer, in order to avoid the effect of full-featured pump curve errors on the calculation results for pump-off water hammer.
