二泵房机泵节能改造实践

摘    要:二泵房和中途泵站的机泵设计选型通常是根据中远期和最不利工况点的要求来设计的,水泵在实际运行中往往偏离高效区。机泵节能改造实践表明,通过改变水泵和出水管路的特性曲线及经济运行调度,可以有效地提高泵房的运行效率,降低供水电耗,以达到节能降耗的目的。同时,针对机泵改造过程中存在的技术问题,提出了机泵节能技术改造的合理化建议。

Abstract:The design and type selection of booster pump station were designed according to the pump set for secondary pump station and midway requirement of mid long term and the most adverse working condition point. The pump always deviated from the efficient area during practical operation. The energy saving and renovation of pump set showed that it could effectively improve the operational efficiency of pump station, reduce the power consumption of water supply in order to reach the aim of energy saving and consumption reduction by altering the characteristic curve and economic operational dispatching of the pump and effluent pipeline. Meanwhile, reasonable suggestions of energy saving and renovation for pump set were put forward in the light of the technical issues in the course of pump set renovation.
