摘    要:采用影响函数方法对CVC轧机的辊系弹性变形进行了系统分析,计算了三种不同支撑辊端部倒角形状下辊间接触压力的分布,并与无倒角时进行比较;对直倒角、台阶型倒角和圆弧型倒角参数进行优化设计,优化后辊间接触压力峰值大幅降低。结果表明,圆弧型倒角对辊间接触压力的改善效果最好。

Abstract:The elastic deformation of roll system for CVC rolling mill is systematically analyzed using an influence function method. The distribution of contact pressure between rolls is calculated with three kinds of different chamfer shapes at the end of backup rolls and compared with that without chamfer. Optimal designs for parameters of straight, step and circle chamfers axe done respectively. As a result, the peek value of contact pressure between rolls is reduced largely. The results indicate that circle chamfer has excellent effect for improving the contact pressure between rolls.
