气相色谱—串联质谱测定菠菜中有机氯残留量

采用气相色谱—串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)建立测定菠菜中8种有机氯农药残留量的分析方法。样品由正己烷和丙酮(体积比1:1)混合液提取,提取液用弗罗里硅土柱净化,气相色谱—串联质谱法在分时段反应监控模式下进行测定,外标法定量。所有农药在0.01～1mg/kg范围内线性良好;所有农药方法定量限(LOQ)均低于10μg/kg,在10μg/kg的添加水平下,8种有机氯农药的回收率均在70%～100%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.6%。

Determination of Organochlorines Multiresidues Content in Spinach by GC-MS/MS

A method for detecting 8 kinds of organochlorines multiresidues in Spinach by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（GC-MS/MS） was established.The pesiticides interested were extracted from the samples with n-hexane and acetone（1：1,V/V）,mixed solution and purified by Florisil colume.The extracts were determined by GC-MS/MS using external standard method.The method was reliable and stable that the recoveries of all pesticides were 70%～100% at the spiked level of 10ppb into Spinach and the relative standard deviations（RSDs） were all less than 4.6%.
