摘    要:从多阶式防磨梁的防磨机理、技术特点、运行安全可靠性、对锅炉燃烧和效率的影响等方面分析了300MWCFB锅炉炉内加装多阶式防磨梁的防磨效果,分析结果表明多阶式防磨梁能够很好的降低磨损,同时对锅炉燃烧运行几乎不产生影响,从而显著提高了锅炉运行的安全可靠性。

Abstract:TThis article analyses the effect of multi-stage type anti-wear beam on 300 MW CFB boilers through the anti-wear mechanism,technical characteristics,security and reliability in running,and the effect on boiler combustion and boiler efficiency.The results show that anti-wear beam can reduce the abrasion effectively,meanwhile influence little on boiler combustion,and thus greatly enhance the safety and reliability of boiler operation.
