摘    要:针对我国当前的输变电工程造价管理体系,分析大量实际工程案例,同时结合多位专家的实际工程经验,总结多项造价关键影响因素,提炼出多项造价控制要点指标,构建了输变电工程造价控制要点指标体系;结合AHP及模糊综合评价方法,建立了输变电工程造价控制要点管理综合评价体系。通过实例分析,证明所建立的评价体系对输变电工程造价控制要点管理评价的合理实用性,为进一步提高造价控制管理水平提供借鉴。

Abstract:In the light of China′s current cost management system of power transmission and transformation projects,this paper analyzes a large number of project cases.Then in combination with the experiences of many experts,it summarizes several critical factors influencing the cost,and based on the formulated cost control points index,it constructs the cost control points index system.Furthermore,the cost control points management evaluation system is established based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The case study proves that the proposed evaluation system is reasonable and practical,providing reference for further improvement of the cost control management.
