| Abstract: | A dissussion was made on the contradiction in the hearing procedure of the administrative punishment in food safety inspection when large amount of fine was concerned,the scope of legislative hearing and the deficiency of hearing procedure during emergency. It was aimed at impoving the legislative hearing of the administrative punishment in food safety inspection. |
