摘    要:通过对非磁性矿选矿工艺的分析和现场调研,分析查找球磨机排出的碎钢球与矿石无法彻底分离的原因;根据受力分析及利用磁学理论,设计出球磨机排矿用弧形除铁器,提出采用磁力的方法自动排出球磨机碎钢球的解决方案。

Abstract:Reasons for removing broken steel balls from mineral not thoroughly in ball mills are analyzed and found out through analyzing the course of non magnetic mineral processing and researching on field. The arced iron metal remover used for mineral discharge of ball mills has been designed according mechanics analysis and utilizing magnetics theory. A solution in the way of magnetic force is given for automatically discharging broken steel balls in ball mills.
