| 摘 要： | 通过对重油催化裂化装置CO余热锅炉增设旁路烟道,回收外甩烟气的热量,达到节约瓦斯和增产中压蒸汽的目的。通过改造,提高了锅炉的热效率,满足了装置高负荷下烟气全部并入余热锅炉的要求,增加了经济效益。

| Abstract: | By adding a bypass flue to FCC CO boiler to recover surplus heat energy from the stack can meet the goal of economizing the gas and boosting medium pressure steam.The increased thermal efficiency of the boiler from the revamp can meets the requirement of all flue gas being utilized by the boiler and economic benefit has been increased. |
