| 摘 要： | 采用溶剂从虎杖中提取白藜芦醇,用紫外分光光度法测定含量。研究了不同溶剂、温度、料液比等各种因素对提取率的影响。结果表明,较优的提取条件为:60%乙醇为提取剂,提取温度为50℃,料液比1∶40,提取时间2.5 h,一次提取率达2.38%。按此工艺提取,粗品中白藜芦醇含量高。

| Abstract: | The extract resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum by solvent.The concentration of resveratrol was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The influence of various factors such as solvents,temperature,the ratio of the solid material to solution on the extraction rate of resveratrol was discussed in detail.The proper conditions of extraction were as follows: 60% ethanol as solvent,extracting temperature is 50℃,the ratio of the solid material to solution is 1∶40,extracting time is 2.5 h.The yield could reach 2.38% by extracting only one time.Resveratrol content in crude product is higher according to the above extraction process. |
