基于正交实验的壅塞空化器数值试验

摘    要:影响空化强度的因素较多,如空化器结构形状与参数的不同组合,系统水力参数的不同组合,以及它们之间的相互匹配等。基于正交试验的方法,利用Fluent软件对不同结构参数和水力参数的壅塞空化器进行数值模拟试验,建立在不同参数组合下以壅塞空化器内空隙率和背压力为特征的正交试验评价指标,研究各因素对壅塞空化器空化强度的影响程度。结果表明:影响空化强度的因素从大到小依次是流量Q、背压Pb、入口锥角、壅塞管直径d和长度L,最优壅塞空化的参数组合是流量为2.0 m3/h、背压为70 k Pa、入口锥角为35°、壅塞管直径为10 mm和长度为50 mm。

Abstract:There are many factors impacting on the cavitation intensity, such as the different combination of cavitation device structure shape and parameters, the different combination of hydraulic parameters and their mutual matching, etc. Based on the orthogonal experiment method, applies Fluent software to make numerical simulation on the choking cavitator of different structure parameters and dynamic parameters, builds orthogonal experiment evaluating index with the characteristics of void fraction and static pressure in choking cavitator under different parameters combination, and investigates the factors' influence on the cavitation intensity. The results indicate that the factors affecting cavitation intensity from big to small are flow rate Q, back pressure Pb, inlet angle , diameter d and length L of choking pipe. The optimal parameters for choking cavitation are Q of 2.0 m3/h , Pb of 70 kPa , of 35°, d and L of 10 mm and 50 mm.
