低成本快速原型制造控制系统的设计与研制

摘    要:目前快速原型制造 (RPM)系统的价格非常昂贵 ,严重地影响了其推广应用的进度。影响 RPM成本的因素众多 ,本文只从 RPM控制系统出发 ,在保证控制系统性能的前提下 ,针对 RPM系统的特点 ,以综合成本最低为目标 ,提出了低成本 RPM控制系统的软硬件结构 ,讨论了低成本 RPM控制系统的设计和研制中所采用的一些关键技术。此低成本 RPM控制系统已经成功地应用在华中科技大学开发的低成本系列L OM和 SL S系统中 ,实际应用表明 :采用此 RPM低成本控制系统方案 ,可以使其成本比传统的控制方法降低一半左右 ;同时 ,也提高了控制系统的可靠性 ,工作性能也完全满足 RPM的加工要求

Abstract:Today, The cost of rapid prototyping manufacturi ng(RPM) system is very expensive, so its application is greatly limited. Ther e are many factors affecting the cost of RPM. According to the characteristics o f RPM system, the software and hardware structures of low-cost control system w ith high control performance and the lowest cost are presented. Some key techniq ues adopted during the design and development of the low-cost RPM control syste m are discussed. This low-cost RPM control system was successfully applied to t he low-cost series LOM(laminated objective manufacturing) and SLS(selective las er sintering) system. Practical application shows that the cost of the low-cost RPM control system is about 50% less than that of the conventional RPM control system. At the same time, the low-cost RPM control system, which can meet the fabrication requirements of RPM, also improves reliability of RPM control syste m.
