摘    要:以天然壳聚糖(CS)和海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,在CaCl2作用下,制备了壳聚糖-海藻酸钠(CS-SA)吸附剂。采用红外光谱仪对CS-SA吸附剂官能团进行表征,表明壳聚糖和海藻酸钠之间产生了静电吸引作用。以含低浓度Cr(Ⅵ)的电镀废水为处理对象,考察了CS-SA用量、吸附时间和pH值对CS-SA吸附性能的影响,同时对吸附动力学进行了研究。结果表明:当pH=6,吸附时间为120 min,CS-SA用量为0.15 g时,离子去除率最高,达到了98.86%;吸附动力学最符合拟二级动力学方程。解吸-再生实验表明,CS-SA吸附剂可以再生使用。

Abstract:A new kind of chitosan-sodium alginate absorbent was prepared using natural products chitosan and sodium alginate as raw material in the presence of CaCl2 . The functional groups of the CS-SA absorbent was characterized by FT-IR. The results show that chitosan and sodium alginate produce electrostatic attraction. The effects of CS-SA dosage, adsorption time and pH on adsorption property for low concentration Cr ( VI ) in electroplating wastewater were studied, and corresponding adsorption kinetics was investigated. The experimental results show that the adsorption rate can reaches 98 . 86 % under the optimal conditions of dosage 0 . 15 g, absorption time 120 min and pH 6 . The absorption kinetics accords with the pseudo-second-order equation. The desorption-regeneration experiment reveals that CS-SA adsorbent can regenerate and be reused.
