| 摘 要： | 本文从POE的研究范围领域对POE进行了概念的界定,详细介绍了使用状况评价(POE)在国外的发展概况,同时对POE的国内研究现状进行了总结,并分析了国内外POE的发展特点.最后建议POE理论应该推广到所有的规划设计项目中去.

| Abstract: | This paper will ascertain the concept of POE from its study field.This paper will introduce the development of POE abroad and summarize the research in China.And it gives an insight into the developing character of the POE at home and abroad.Finally,the author suggests that the theory of POE should extend to all the planning and design- ing projects. |
