溶液/乳液二次聚合制备单分散微米级交联聚苯乙烯微球的研究

摘    要:尝试一种不同于以往传统方法合成单分散微米级 (6-1 0μ)交联聚苯乙烯微球—溶液 /乳液二次聚合法。研究了引发剂、溶剂、交联剂、稳定剂、乳化剂含量对聚合物微球粒径的影响 ,得出最佳的反应条件。研究发现粒径随引发剂和交联剂浓度的增加而增大。随介质水用量的增加而增大 ,随乙醇用量增加而减小 ,随稳定剂和乳化剂浓度的增加而减小。

Abstract:We tried to synthesize single-dispersed,micro-sized(6-10μ),cross-linked polystyrene by solvent/emulsion polymerization,which is different from traditional methods.We studied the effects of stabilizing agent?initator?solvent?emulsion agent and the monomers concentration on the particle size of polystyrene and get the best reaction conditions.The studies showed that the particle diameter increased as the increasing of the concentration of monomers,initiator,cross-linking agent and the water quantity,but decreased as increasing of alcohol quantity and the concentration of stabilizing agent and emulsion agent.
