| 摘 要： | 基于管螺纹连接的简化模型,采用三维有限元位移法,求解不同型号石油钻杆公接头螺纹牙根部具有不同形态的半椭圆表面裂纹在内压、弯曲、拉伸及扭转载荷下的应力强度因子。在大量有限元数值计算基础上,给出了包含接头螺纹结构参数及裂纹形态参数在内的应力强度因子的近似计算公式。

A study of the surface crack at thread root of tool joint pins by the aid of finite element method. |

| Abstract: | According to a simplified model of pipe thread connection, using the 3-D finite element displacement method, the authors make a research on the Stress intensity factor of the surface cracks at thread root on various kinds of tool joint pin threads under the loads of inner pressure, bending, tension and torsion. On the basis of a certain amount of calculations, the authors present an approximate formula, including the design parameters of the thread and the pattern data of the cracks, for computing the stress intensity factor. |
