| 摘 要： | 介绍钛白废酸在过磷酸钙生产中的应用 ,提出两段加酸法既能较多使用废酸 ,又可避免废酸中硫酸亚铁结晶对过磷酸钙正常生产的影响。 15万吨 /年过磷酸钙可消化 6 0 0 0吨 /年钛白粉所产生的废酸 ,降低了过磷酸钙成本 ,工艺简单可靠 ,是钛白废酸利用的有效途径

| Abstract: | The utilization of waste acid from titanium white pigment processing is described for SSP production . The measure of adding waste sulfuric acid by two sections brings about good effects with both much more use of waste sulfuric acid and much less crystal of ferrous sulfate in waste sulfuric acid. The consumption of waste sulfuric acid from the titanium white pigment plant with 6 000 t/a can match the SSP plant with 150 kt/a, which results in low cost and simple, reliable process of SSP production, as well as makes effective use of waste sulfuric acid. |
