中薄板铸机生产高碳刃具钢铸坯缺陷控制

摘    要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂中薄板铸机生产高碳刃具钢时出现铸坯鼓肚和纵裂等缺陷的问题,采用了双联工艺控制钢水温度和成分,调整了保护渣碱度和铸机拉速,采取二冷水强冷却的措施。采取措施后,铸坯未出现鼓肚和纵裂,内部质量也得到改善。

Abstract:In allusion to the problem of such defects as bulging and longitudinal cracks oc-curred on the surface of high carbon cutting casting blanks produced by the medium and thin slab caster in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., such measures as controlling the temperature of molten steel and its compositions by duplex process, adjusting the basicity of cast-ing powder and casting speed of the caster and carrying out the forced cooling by secondary cool-ing water were taken. After that the bulging and longitudinal cracks did not occur at all on the surface of casting blanks and the internal quality of the blands was also improved.
