摘    要:针对酸洗机组双切剪下剪刃在运行过程中频繁窜出的问题,计算验证了剪刃锁紧力是否符合要求,分析了剪刃锁紧在实际应用中遇到的具体问题,指出了剪刃锁紧拉杆内的碟簧组失效是导致下剪刃锁不住的原因,通过设计制作专用的剪刃轴向固定装置,解决了双切剪下剪刃窜出问题。

Abstract:In allusion to the problem of the frequent axial movement of lower running shear blades in the double shear on the picking line, the tight locking force for blades was calculated to check if the force was up to the standards or not. And then the specific problems encountered in carrying out the actual operation of locking the blades were analyzed. It was concluded that the failure of the disc springs set in the locking pull rod of the blades caused the failure of locking the lower blades. By designing and making the special axial fastening device for blades, the axial movement problem of the lower shear blades in the double shear was solved.
