双核六羧基酞菁铝的合成及其催化活性研究

摘    要:随着燃油的大量使用,燃油中含硫化合物的燃烧使空气中的硫氧化物逐渐增加,严重污染了空气。为了除去油品中的含硫化合物,合成了双核六羧基酞菁铝,然后以双核六羧基酞菁铝作为去除脱硫催化剂,研究其去除乙硫醇的催化活性。结果表明:双核六羧基酞菁铝对乙硫醇的去除率可达到94%,而且能持续450 min。这种结果主要是由于酞菁环和羧基的共同影响,增加了电子云密度,有利于电子的传递,使催化活性增加。

Abstract:With the large use of fuel oil, the combustion of sulfur compounds in the fuel increases the sulfur oxides in the air and seriously pollutes the air. In order to remove sulfur compounds in the oil, an Aluminum binuclear hexacarboxylphthalocyanines was synthesized, and then Aluminum binuclear hexacarboxylphthalocyanines was used as the desulfurization catalyst to remove the catalytic activity. The results show that the removal efficiency of Aluminum binuclear hexacarboxylphthalocyanines can reach 94%, and it can last 450min. This result is mainly due to the combined effects of the phthalocyanine ring and carboxyl group, which increases the density of electron cloud, facilitates the electron transport, and increases the catalytic activity.
