| 摘 要： | 介绍了ACS880系列变频器在鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂330/80 t铸造起重机上的实际应用及常见故障的处理方法。该变频器使用后,不仅提高了设备的稳定性,能够快速判断、处理故障,而且日平均节约电量1 836 kW·h。

| Abstract: | The application of the ACS800 series frequency converters onto the casting crane with the capacity of 330/80 t in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was introduced. And trouble-shooting methods for common troubles of the equipment was also introduced. After the converter was put into operation, the stability of equipment was not only improved,but also the troubles could be checked and shot quickly with saving the average of daily power 1836 kW·h. |
