摘    要:针对我国包头现有高炉-转炉-电炉-电炉提铌工艺存在流程长,成本高,铌损失率大且只能生产含铌13%-15%铌铁的情况,提出包头铌资源选冶新思路;用CO-CO2混合气体选择性热还原含铌铁矿,90%以上的铁的被还原为金属铁,铌矿物不被还原。

Abstract:Due to the fact that the existing procedure for extraction of Nb from the Nbbearing complex iron ore has disadvantages such as long route,low recovery,high cost and low grade of FeNb(13 %15 %Nb) produced,a new method has been proposed now.At first,the iron oxides from the Nbbearing iron ore are reduced by selective reduction with CO/CO2 with a reduction rate of 90 % keeping the Nb oxide intact.The reduced metallic iron is then separated from the Nbbearing residue by magnetic method and the Nbbearing residue containing 691 % Nb2O5 are obtained.The Nb2O5 content in the residue is 4 times of that in the original iron ore.90 % of the residual iron oxides,phosphorousbearing mineral,CaO and MgO in the Nbbearing residue are then removed by leaching with HCl and almost all of the Nb remains in the residue.The obtained residue contains 296 % Nb2O5 with Nb/Fe=6 and Nb/P=12.This residue can be used to make FeNb of commerical grade of 60 %65 %Nb.
