| 摘 要： | 采用FLUENT软件对气烧明焰辊道窑烧嘴进行三维数值模拟,模拟了其在辊道窑烧成带内的燃烧工况,研究了烧成带内烟气不同流速对窑内温度与烧嘴燃烧速度的影响,为辊道窑的运行提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Three- dimensional numerical simulation of gas- fired open- flame roller kiln burners was done using FLUENT software. The simulationof the burning conditions in the firing zone of the roller kiln and the study of different flowing rates of the flue gas in this zone on thetemperature inside the kiln and the burning velocity of the burners will afford useful references for operating the roller kiln. |
