300MW燃煤锅炉切圆燃烧配风调整

国内首台300MW直接空冷半干法脱硫机组，采用的是武汉锅炉厂生产的1045t汽包炉。该炉型采用中储式制粉系统，四角切圆燃烧。运行一年多来，性能较为稳定，但燃烧调整与厂家提供方式已有较大改变，特别是配风调整。为此针对该炉型的一些特点，论述其配风调整方法。

Adjustment of Air Distribution of Tangential Firing for Coal-fired Boiler

The 1 045 t drum boiler that was manufactured by Wuhan Boiler Factory is adopted in the first Chinese-built 300 MW direct air cooling semi-dry sulfur capture unit. This boiler is designed with bin and feeder system,and diagonal corner tangential firing. For more than a year, its operation is stable, but the adjustment mode of burning has greatly changed,and specially the adjustment of air distribution. There-fore, this paper discusses the adjustment method of air distribution on the basis of considering the characteristics of the boiler.
