急倾斜、中厚煤层巷道掘进支护技术

摘    要:以新铁煤矿五采区50煤层左七片60508队综掘机施工的降段中采用支护技术和稳定性研究为实际工程背景,分别对新掘巷道和已掘破坏巷道两类工程进行研究。在综合分析已掘巷道破坏原因的基础上,根据工程类比法,提出了已掘巷道支护设计的基本方案,从而为新掘巷道的施工做了必要的准备。通过选择合理的支护方式,提高了巷道的掘进速度,同时有效地控制了顶板离层、冒顶现象和片帮现象的发生,达到了巷道支护的预期效果。
