摘    要:介绍了生物冶金常用浸矿菌种嗜中温菌、中等嗜热菌和极端嗜热菌的生理生化特性,并针对目前工业用菌自然选育及驯化现状,提出改良育种的基本方法和操作步骤及改良育种工作中需要注意的问题。

Abstract:Ore leaching bacterin commonly used in biological metallurgy such as mesophile, moderate thermophile and extreme thermophile are presented. In view of the present state of natural selection culture and domestication, of industrial use bacteria, methods for bacterin culture improvement and procedures and the points needing attention are proposed.
