| 摘 要： | 分析了产品开发过程与工作流程的关系，提出了产品开发过程分析与改进方法，并且对具体的铁路货车产品开发过程进行了分析与改进。给出了基于Windchill PDM的产品开发过程管理方法，包括用户、组、数据域、产品生命周期、工作流程等定义与实现。经过实践证明，基于PDM的产品开发过程管理方法有很强的实用性，具有广泛的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Analyzes the relation between product development process(PDP) and workflow process, the method of the analysis and improvement about PDP is proposed, which has been applied in railway rolling stock product development. Product Data Management (PDM) based PDP management method is presented, including: user, group, domain, lifecycle and workflow definition and implementation, These are proved by practical example, they are very practical and used in many kinds of areas. |
