| 摘 要： | 针对选矿系统中胶带卸料小车在自动布料上存在的技术难题,笔者详细地介绍了一种由S7-300PLC和iFIX4.0组态软件构成的自动控制系统,包括它的结构特点、设计方法以及软件实现。该系统采用具有高可靠性和高稳定性的PLC模块化技术、无线通信、无线数据传输以及测量技术,最大限度地实现卸料小车的自动化,提高了生产的自动化水平。从现场应用来看,该项系统稳定可靠,运行情况良好。
