时效对快淬型贮氢合金性能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了自然时效对快淬MmNi_(3.8)Co_0.6Mn_(0.55)Ti_(0.05)贮氢合金的电化学性能的影响,发现时效可改善合金的初始活化性能,且时效时间越长,合金的活化速度越高;时效处理还可在一定程度上提高合金的放电容量和高倍率放电能力;时效处理还可小幅度地提高合金的放电电压并使其更平坦;时效过程应避免氧化,否则将导致合金初始活化速度和放电容量的下降。合金电化学特性不仅跟合金的表面状态(如氧化膜的形成)有关,而且与合金内部结构(如晶格缺陷、固溶度等)有着密切的联系。

Abstract:Investigations on the effect of natural aging on the electrochemical properties of the rapidly quenched MmNi3.8Co0.6Mn0.55Ti0.05 alloy has been made. Aging could improve the initial activation rate and the longer the aging time, the higher the activation rate. The discharge capacity especially the capacity at high discharge rate,could also be raisde to a little higher degree. Oxidation should be avoided during aging,otherwise the activation rate and capacity would decrease. It has been found not only the surface status (e. g. oxidation layer) of the alloy but also its intrinsic microstructure such as atom disorder played an important role to the electrochemical properties of the hydrogen storage alloys.
