酸酐催化乙酸氯化制-氯乙酸的研究

摘    要:在填料塔式反应器中,以酸酐为催化剂,通过改变反应温度、酸酐/乙酸配比等条件,对酸酐催化乙酸氯化制一氯乙酸的反应进行了研究,找到合适的反应条件为:反应温度110℃、醋酐/乙酸质量比大于12%、醋酐催化剂的加入方式采用与乙酸预混合后再加入法。结果表明:以填料塔为反应器进行反应精馏制氯乙酸是可行的且无二氯乙酸等深度氯化副产物的检出。

Abstract:In packed column reactor, title chloroacetic acid production process is studied through changing reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature,mass ratio of acetic anhydride to acetic acid and so on. The suitable conditions are as follows:temperature is 110 ℃ ,mass ratio of acid anhydride to acetic acid is above 12 % and acid anhydride catalyst should be mixed with acetic acid before addition to reactor. The results show that chloroacetic acid production by reaction rectification in packed column reactor isfeasible,and deeper chlorination products aren't detected.
