钻井液用黏弹性聚合物MVPP的室内合成及性能评价

摘    要:疏水性聚合物是一种特殊的新型黏弹性聚合物,其水溶液的力学行为介于弹性固体和黏性液体之间。由于疏水基团的疏水作用以及静电、氢键或范德华力作用而在分子间自动产生可逆性的巨大的三维立体网状结构,致使溶液具有较强的剪切稀释性。在确定室内合成工艺条件、技术参数的基础上,对自制的黏弹性聚合物MVPP进行了室内性能评价实验,并与膨润土和国内外同类聚合物进行了性能对比。结果表明,黏弹性聚合物具有优良的综合性能:高的黏度、切力值,优良的黏弹性、抗盐抗温性、剪切稀释性、抑制性和降滤失能力;其抗温性远高于国内外同类处理剂,单剂水溶液能抗100℃高温,抗NaCl和CaCl2的饱和盐水,具有比膨润土和国内外同类处理剂更加优良的增黏提切的能力,可用其代替或部分代替膨润土,用以配制抗高温抗盐低/无固相钻井液。

Abstract:This hydrophobic polymer is a special new type of viscoelastic polymer, which the mechanical behavior of itsaqueous solution is between the flexible solid and viscous liquid.Due to the hydrophobicity, electrostatic, hydrogen bondor van der Waals force, a strengthen reversibility three-dimensional spatial network structure is auto-generated betweenmolecules, so that the solution has strong shearing dilution property.On the base of determining synthesis condition andfactors, the performances of MVPP, bentonite and similar polymer are evaluated to compare each other.As the result, thenew viscoelastic polymer is demonstrated to have excellent performances of high viscosity and gel, eminent viscoelastic,heat and salt resistance, shearing dilution, good inhibition and low filtrate loss.The solution of MVPP is stable as high as100 ℃, which is much higher than others, and the salt-resistance is high up to saturated brine NaCl and CaCl2, furthermore, itcan displace the bentonite to formulate high temperature salt-resistance low solid content/solid-free drilling fluid systems.
