大斜度长裸眼定向井钻井液技术

饶阳凹陷留楚区块大多数井为大斜度长裸眼定向井,井身剖面为"直-增-稳"三段制、双或多靶点定向井,井身结构为二开井,井斜角在48°～56°之间,水平位移为1 000～1 597 m,裸眼段长达3 000～3 500 m,井壁不稳定,钻井难度及风险大。通过优化钻井液工艺技术,应用加有组合润滑防卡剂、防塌剂以及抗温降滤失剂和有机硅的聚磺润滑防塌钻井液,较好地满足了安全钻井要求。与该区块同类型未使用该技术的井相比,完成的15口长裸眼大斜度定向井平均钻井周期缩短了37.3%,建井周期缩短了32.6%,完井电测时间缩短了60.7%,传统电缆测井完成率为93.3%,其中有7口井实现完井电测一次成功,平均井径扩大率小于10%,特别是楚29-87X井等7口井平均井径扩大率控制在6%以内。

Drilling Fluid Technology of High Angle Deviated Long Open Hole Directional Wells

In block of Liuchu,there are many high angle deviated long open hole directional wells,which are drilled with slant-angle building-angle holding profile,double or multiple targets,two intervals,48°-56°hole angle,1,000-1,597 m horizontal displacement,and 3,000-3,500 m open hole. The optimized polysulfonate drilling fluid is applied in these wells,which includes combined lubricant,anti-collapsing agent,high temperature resistance fluid loss reducer,and organosilicon.Compared with the offset wells in this block,the average drilling period,well construction period and logging time of the finished 15 wells decreases by 37.3%,32.6% and 60.7% separately,and the wireline logging completion rate is 93.3%,moreover,logging successes at one time in 7 wells.The average wellbore diameter enlargement rate is less than 10%,of which 7 wells of them is smaller than 6%.
