环氧-酚醛复配树脂堵漏剂的改性研究

摘    要:对以环氧树脂和酚醛树脂复配物为主体材料的堵漏剂进行了改性研究。通过评价固化剂六次甲基四胺加量对树脂的固化时间和固化体强度的影响,优选出该固化剂的最佳加量为2.5%~3.0%。通过评价纤维棉C-64和超细碳酸钙对该堵漏剂的增韧效果,得出单独使用纤维棉C-64是一种较好的增韧手段。最终优选出的堵漏剂配方为:40 g酚醛树脂+60 g环氧树脂+2 g纤维棉C-64+适量无水乙醇+3 g六次甲基四胺。性能评价结果表明,该环氧-酚醛树脂堵漏剂固化时间可控、强度高,具有较好的抗高温老化性能以及化学稳定性能,对岩心孔隙的封堵率在98%以上,对岩心裂缝的封堵率在80%以上。

Abstract:The research of modification on epoxy-phenolic resin LCM is carried out in this paper. The experimental resultsshow that the optimized content of curing agent hexamethylenetetramine is 2.5%-3.0%, and applying the fiber C-64 and sizegrained ultra-fine calcium carbonate separately, is a good method to improve tenacity, however, the calcium carbonate is notas good as fiber C-64. The optimized formulation of LCM is phenolic resin (40 g) + epoxy resin (60 g) + fiber C-64 (2 g )+ anhydrous alcohol (appropriate amount) + hexamethylenetetramine (3 g). The evaluation results show that the LCM hasgood performances of controlled curing time, high strength, thermo-stability, chemical-stability, and the sealing rate of poreis higher than 98%, as well as the sealing rate of fracture is at least 80%.
