粉煤灰混凝土耐热机理的探讨

摘    要:探讨了粉煤灰对混凝土耐热性能的改善机理,分析认为:粉煤灰混凝土耐热机理主要表现在四个方面,即粉煤灰能结合游离CaO;减少C-S-H凝胶开裂且稳定C-S-H凝胶;减少水泥石收缩;增强水泥石与集料的界面粘结力。并阐述了火山灰活性、烧失量、细度和需水量比等品质指标对粉煤灰质量的影响。

Abstract:The improvement mechanism of the fly ash for heat-resisting performance of concrete is discussed.Based on overall and detailed analyses,it can be considered that the heat-resisting mechanism of fly ash concrete is mainly displayed in following four aspects:the fly ash can combine dissociated CaO;can reduce dehiscence of C-S-H gelatin and stabilize C-S-H gelatin;can reduce contraction of the cement-stone;and can enhance interface cementing power between cement-stone and aggregate.The effects of the activity of volcanic ash,and the loss on ignition,fineness of the fly ash and the dosage of water on quality of fly ash are expatiated.
