摘    要:提出一种基于MATLAB的形位误差评定新方法——最优函数法,并分别对直线度、平面度和圆度误差进行了分析评定。结果表明,最优函数法的评定精度可比最小二乘法的评定精度提高2%~16%,且符合最小条件。

A kind of Evaluation Method for Shape & Position Errors Based on MATLAB
Abstract:A new evaluation method for shape & position errors-the optimal function method-was put forward based on MATLAB,the straightness error,flatness error and roundness error were analyzed and evaluated with this method.The results indicate that the evaluating accuracy of the optimal function method can be improved by 2 to 16 percent approximately,compared with that of the least squares method,and the smallest condition can be conformed.
