| 摘 要： | 基于对CA6140型车床的再制造实践，论述了旧车床数控化再制造的意义、一般步骤及主要内容，探讨了旧车床数控化再制造的技术要点。这项技术有利于大量旧机床的重新利用和技术升级，是一项适合我国国情的绿色制造技术。

| Abstract: | Based on practice of the remanufacture for lathe CA6140, this paper introduces the meaning, common process and main contents of old lathe reformation by using CNC system. Some key remanufacturing technology are discussed in detail. This remanufacturing technology will advantage the reuse and technique upgrade of a large quantity of the old machine. Meanwhile, it is a green manufacturing technology fitting for China. |
