The Application of Controllable Soft Starters with Differential Frequency Conversion and Infinite Speed Variation for Large Belt Conveyors |

| Abstract: | This paper briefs and analyzes the operating principles and characteristics of several soft starting technologies which are commonly used for large belt conveyors and presents a new controllable soft starting technology — differential frequency conversion and infinite speed variation technology. The new technology has the advantages of simple structure, good performance, high reliability and low price and its application will bring about a technical support for the popularization and application of large belt conveyors in coal mines. |
