摘    要:在洁净水、酸性水和海水3种不同水介质条件下,对GCr15/45^#钢进行了不同位移幅值的微动磨损试验。结果表明:洁净水和酸性水改变了微动区域,降低了摩擦系数和磨损量,具有润滑效果,磨损受水润滑和介质腐蚀双重作用影响,且润滑作用随位移幅值的增加而减弱;对海水,摩擦系数与干态相近,电化学腐蚀作用强烈,磨痕中可观察到大量点蚀坑。

Abstract:Under the conditions of tapwater,acidwater and seawater mediums and different displacement amplitudes,a series of tests on the fretting wear of 52100/1045 steels were carried out.The test result shows that tapwater and acidwater have an effect of lubrication.It is found that these two aqueous mediums can change fretting behaviour of tested materials from partial slip to gross slip regions and decrease the coefficient of friction and wear.In those cases,both water lubrication and medium corrosion exert an influence on the fretting wear of 52100/1045 steels.The effect of lubricating is decreased with increasing amplitudes of displacement.In seawater,the coefficient of friction of 52100/1045 steels is approximate to that in dry friction.But electrochemistry corrosion is clearly seen in that case.A large number of corroded pits are observed on the scar surfaces.
