| Abstract: | The present situations of bid invitation and submission in domestic building market are analyzed. The factors deserving attention in determining interest of biding project are introduced. In addition, related quoting strategies and skills in bidding under engineering bill pricing mode are dicussed in order to increase the rates to win the bid and get more benefits. |
