摘    要:应用瑞士ARL—4460直读发射光谱仪分析低锑多元铅合金中锑的含量,对分析条件进行了选择和确定,测量范围进行了类型标准化校正,讨论了分析结果和影响因素,与化学分析值对照,光谱分析与化学分析结果无显著性差异,快速准确地提供分析数据,满足生产过程的质量控制。

Abstract:The antimony content of lead alloy containing antimony was analyzed by applying direct emission spectrometer with the type of ARL-4460 made in Switzerland.The analytical condition was chosen and determined,the measure range was normally revised and the analytical result and influence factor were discussed.In contrast to chemical analysis,spectral analysis has little difference.Spectral analysis can satisfy the quality control of production by providing analytical data quickly and correctly.
