| Abstract: | In a novel electrostatic wiggler,the motion equation and the spontaneous emission spectrum of a relativistic electron are discussed and calculated on the basis of a typal model of the 2-D electrostatic potential field in the wiggler.The results forms are similar to those in the linear polarized magnet wiggler. |
