| 摘 要： | 本文运用傅立叶干涉分光计的原理和matlab工具 ,从半导体多纵模激光器的光谱图来分析其相干特性 ,指出其作为短相干光源的局限性 ,理论分析与实验结果基本一致。

| Abstract: | Coherence characteristic of semiconductor multilongitudinal mode LD is analyzed by using its spectrogram and the tool of matlab.This analysis is based on the theory of Fourier interference spectrometer.The limitations as a short coherence light source is pointed out.This analysis is in agreement with the experiment result. |
