摘    要:通过单向拉伸试验 ,从宏观角度研究了三维编织复合材料的力学行为。研究选用了两种增强纤维、两种编织角、两种纤维体积含量等不同工艺参数所组成的 16组试样 ,进行力学性能试验 ,探寻三维编织工艺参数与力学性能之间的关系 ,确定适合于编织复合材料的力学性能试验方法

Abstract:The yarn architecture of three dimensional (3 D) composites braided by the four step 1×1 braiding technique and their effective elastic properties were studied by experimental investigation. A series of fabrics with varying braiding fibers and pitch lengths were made to investigate their influence on processing and mechanical behavior. The effects of textile process parameters, such as braiding angle, transverse angle, ratio of axial yarns number to braiding yarns number and fiber volume fraction on mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that, when the braiding angle increases and the ratio of axial yarns number to braiding yarns number decreases, the tensile and flexure modulus and strength decrease. When the fiber volume fraction increases, the tensile and flexure modulus and strength increase. Transverse angle has an obvious influence upon Poisson′s ratio. Axial yarn can greatly increase the tensile modulus and strength, and meantime reduce Poisson′s ratio.
