ELEMENTARY STUDY OF CSM PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

This article introduces the equipment and technology for producing glass fiber chopped strand mat(CSM)by describing the key process parameters and main equipment units in the whole process, including the mat-forming section, binder section, oven section, wind-up section and line speed regulation. The actual operation has demonstrated that the CSM machine is properly designed with high attention to details so that the machine runs very stably and reliably and produces top quality products capable of meeting the high requirements of customers at home and abroad.
