摘    要:本文首先将门扇在运转过程中所受的各种荷载和约束反力(包括摩擦力)按空间力系进行动态静力分析。求得作用在顶枢锚杆上的荷载,然后对锚杆采用有限元法进行应力计算。其中恰当地处理了顶枢分层焊接的问题,并考虑了接触应力。最后对锚杆应力场进行分析,得出最大应力、最不利应力组合和重复应力的循环特征,提出了一些有价值的结论和看法。

Abstract:In the current paper the static analyses in moving state of lock gate in three demensions including frictional force are firstly carried out. After all of the loads applied to the roof bolt are obtained, its stress calculation is solved by using the finite element method. In the process of calculation and analysis the problem of welded seam on different layers on the roof bolt and the distribution of contact stress are treated by reasonable methods. After analyzing the stress field of the roof bolt, the maximum stress, the most unfavorable stress system and the characteristic values of circulation stress in the roof bolt are obtained. finally, some valuable views and conclusions are offered.
