双电机驱动自同步振动磨结构分析与设计

摘    要:为了减小传统振动磨形成的乏能区范围,获得高效的研磨效果和狭窄的粒度分布,研制双电机驱动自同步振动磨,利用自同步原理代替强制振动,两台电机通过带动激振偏心块同步运转来保证振动机体按预定的轨迹稳定运动.阐述了双电机驱动自同步振动磨的工作原理和设计方法,并对现存问题进行了分析.通过C语言程序进行设计运算,计算出相应的弹簧刚度,激振力幅值和电机功率符合实际要求.振动磨可广泛应用于材料工程超微细颗粒的制备.
