科技成果的转化与推广

本文简要叙述了科学技术转化为现实生产力的三个环节,即科研成果、科研成果的生产化和推广。重点总结了后两个环节在我国改革以来的进展及成功的经验,并提出存在的问题及今后工作建议。

Transformation and Expansion of Achievement in Scientific Research

Three key steps are described about how to transform science and technology into realizable production force. The three key steps are achievement in scientific research, making use of the achievement in production and expansion of the achievement. The progress and the successful experiment of using the achievement in production and expansion after reform started in China are summarized in this paper. The problems are indicated and some suggestions are made.
