石蜡相变蓄热过程数值模拟

摘    要:相变材料(PCM)相变过程的传热特性对潜热储存过程的有重要的影响.对一种圆环形柱体石蜡相变蓄热材料,分别建立了忽略液相自然对流和考虑液相自然对流相变过程的数学模型,采用FLUENT软件对其蓄热熔化过程进行数值模拟,获得石蜡熔化过程温度场分布、熔化时间以及相界面移动规律,并数值计算了石蜡水平放置和竖直放置时,熔化过程的熔化时间和温度分布.对比两种模型的模拟结果表明,当石蜡材料厚度大于40mm,熔化过程中液相中自然对流作用对熔化过程有较大的影响.

Abstract:The heat transfer characteristics of phase change material (PCM) affect the energy management in the process of latent heat thermal energy storage. Based on a physical model of paraffin in a hollow cylinder, two mathematical models of paraffin melting process were established by considering the ventilation of liquid state of paraffin and ignoring the effect of ventilation, and numerical simulations were performed by FLUENT software. The temperature distribution, flow distribution in the cylinder, the position and form of the melting layer at different moment were simulated and analyzed under different conditions. Simulation shows that when the thickness of paraffin is more than 40 mm, the ventilation of liquid state of paraffin has more influences to the melting process considerable
